I've been puzzling over this question for a little while now, and have realized that it has 2 key features that usually lead me in interesting directions. First, it's a truly hard problem and second, I have no clue as to the answer. Which means I need to write posts like this one, where I puzzle my way through something and ask others for help.

We've all become painfully aware that that several mega-trends in media, predicted 5 or 6 years ago are now becoming mainstream realities. These include the fragmentation of broadcast media, shift in consumer attention from the TV to the web, the continued growth of mobile and the stunning growth of social networks.
